We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Perishable or fragile goods (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at infothedecorz@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
